What to Bring

Packing List for Camp

Very important: Please label EVERYTHING with your name!

Sleeping bag or bedroll and pillow
Sleeping pad
Flashlight!!
Rain gear!!
If you have one, please bring a tent you can share with others
Casual clothing appropriate to the season
Slippers/heavy socks for use in shoeless indoor areas
Warm clothes for evening outdoor activities
Personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc.)
Insect repellent (citronella)
Sun-block and hat
Two towels (for shower and beach)
A mug for bathroom use
Bathing suit
Shoes suitable for trails and wet grass
Water bottle with a strap on it
Extra socks

OPTIONAL ITEMS

Art supplies (like special paints or pencils you like to use), poems or other readings you might want to share, musical or percussion instruments, wild and funky costumes or accessories (you never know what might come in handy).

MEDICATIONS

At camp, all medications are managed by the camp medic. Before you arrive at check-in, download and complete the ‘Medication Information Form’. Do NOT mail this form or medications in advance. When you check in at camp, be prepared to turn in the form with all medications in a ziplock bag.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU BRING THE ABOVE ITEMS TO CAMP, WE ASK YOU TO TURN THEM IN TO THE CAMP MANAGER UPON REGISTRATION FOR SAFE KEEPING. THEY WILL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF CAMP. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO TURN IN YOUR VALUABLES TO THE CAMP MANAGER, PYE/Power of Hope IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THEY ARE LOST OR STOLEN.
