"Breaking Ranks"

On
January 30th, Power of Hope presented another film with Open Cinema
– this time we collaboratively screened “Breaking Ranks” (2006), a local film
by Michelle Mason. The emphasis has been on local films made by women and on
creating intergenerational dialogue between youth and adults. As always, the
filmmaker was there; Michelle spoke about the creative process of film making
