Heart of Facilitation is a powerful five-month program in leadership development and facilitation offered by the founders and leaders of two extremely effective programs for youth and adults: the Power of Hope and Inside Out Development LLC.

Annie Banks of our Victoria, BC office, is preparing for her fourth session with the Heart of Facilitation. It has been an incredible three months thus far and she is going to be very sad to see this amazing program end. Each month she has been bringing her learnings home and using them in the office and in her life!

Devon Little, based in the Seattle office, is also a participant in the Heart of Facilitation. She is very impressed and grateful for the combination of personal development and skill-building offered in the program. It is fabulous to be supported to face challenges and grow – and thereby, to witness such powerful models for facilitation.
